Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms govern your use of ThumbLoop, a Chrome extension that automates YouTube thumbnail A/B testing ("the Service"). By installing or using ThumbLoop you agree to these terms.

1. What ThumbLoop does

ThumbLoop runs inside your own browser and uses YouTube Studio's built-in "Test & Compare" feature to A/B-test thumbnails you supply, keep the better performer, and cycle in the next one from your queue. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube or Google.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must own or have the right to use the channel and the thumbnail images you upload through the Service.
  • You are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and policies. Use of automation tools is at your own discretion and risk.
  • You must not use the Service unlawfully, or attempt to resell, reverse-engineer, circumvent license checks, or share a single license across more accounts than your plan allows.

3. Plans & licenses

  • Free: automates one video of your choice, in your own browser.
  • Pro ($9.99/month): automates any of your videos. Pro requires an active subscription and a valid license key. The extension periodically verifies your license; if a subscription is cancelled or lapses, Pro features revert to Free.
  • Premium (server-based, always-on) is planned and not yet offered.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of results

ThumbLoop automates testing; it does not guarantee any particular increase in views, click-through rate, or revenue. YouTube may change Studio or its A/B testing feature at any time, which can affect how the Service works.

6. "As is" & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbLoop and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost views or revenue, or for actions taken on your YouTube account through the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior month.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email kaizerglicklz@gmail.com.
