If you're not happy with ThumbLoop Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email us — no hoops.

How to request a refund

Email kaizerglicklz@gmail.com from the address you used to subscribe, with your order or license details. We'll process eligible refunds promptly.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. You can also manage your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email.

Renewals & cancellations

Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds on renewal charges (after the first 14 days) are handled case by case — reach out and we'll do our best to be fair.

The Free tier

The Free tier costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund — you can simply uninstall the extension at any time.
